Athletes.  Amputees.  Couch Potatoes.  Kids.  Grandmas.  You.

Over the years, Tressa has had extensive experience with exercising people from all walks of life.  Young and old, abled and disabled, prehabbing and rehabbing.  Tressa has worked with people dealing with Autism-spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, missing limbs, spinal fusions, knee, hip, and shoulder degeneration and replacements, obesity, depression and aging.  Each workout is tailored to the daily needs and abilities of the individual, and the philosophy and science behind every exercise choice is shared with the client to provide you with a complete understanding of how to improve your body, and confidence you are performing safe and appropriate movements.  Many clients notice immediate improvements in balance and coordination within the first session.  Improvements in strength, flexibility, reactivity, cardiovascular function, and muscle control are regularly noted in your journal and celebrated by graduations to increasingly difficult exercises as your body continues to change and grow.
