About Tressa

Tressa White obtained her Masters Degree in Nutrition and her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo.  She grew up riding horses, running track and field, rowing for her high school crew team, and regularly lifting weights.  Tressa lives on a farm in Marilla, New York with her 5-year-old and 1-year-old daughters, a rescue dog and a cat.  She raises chickens for eggs and meat, and grows organic fruits and vegetables.  She has owned and operated her own personal training business for over 15 years serving the greater Buffalo area, and before that has worked at many of the area's finest health clubs.  Building workout routines and nutrition plans based on solid scientific foundations and shaped by years of experience, Tressa tailors every single workout to the individuals needs and daily variables.  Not only will you be motivated and entertained throughout your workout, but you will gain understanding of why each exercise is chosen and how to perform it correctly- reducing pain, avoiding injury, and improving daily function.  Each workout is recorded in detail in your own personalized health notebook, and regular milestones can be targeted, achieved, and celebrated.  Avoiding injury is the primary guiding principle of each workout, and improving a person's functionality in the activities of everyday living is the main focus of each workout.  Weight loss, injury rehab and prehab, increased flexibility, reduced risk of falling, improvement in sports performance, bodybuilding and figure training, posture improvement, increased energy, reduced depression, and increases in strength and reaction time are common side effects of exposure to Tressa.
